Who am I?
My family and I moved to Arkansas several years ago and have fallen in love with NWA. We plan to continue raising our children here and help the community grow. Part of that plan involves acquiring a small business in the area to create local jobs, serve our fellow Arkansans, and maintain the unique feel of NWA that makes it so special.
My career has taken me across multiple functions and industries in engineering, manufacturing, operations, product management, retail, budgeting, and forecasting. With that experience, paired with my formal education in engineering and business, I bring a unique perspective and can continue the growth of your business.

With a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and leadership experience across multiple industries and job functions, I have the leadership and skills to carry on the legacy of your business.
Personal
I’m not like those big private equity firms who come in, fire half your employees, and make your business unrecognizable. My goal is to keep the existing team and management in place.
Do you have a business that meets the below criteria?
Industry
I’m looking for an established, profitable company that provides value-added services or products. Profitability over several years and opportunity for growth are more important than specific industry.
Size
Annual revenue of at least $1,500,000 and at least $450,000 in discretionary earnings.
Management
Major changes to staff are NOT expected. I prefer an experienced management team in place, who are ready to be incentivized to remain with the business for the long term. I’m not looking to come in and change everything in your business. You’ve built something great, and I want to keep that foundation in place.
Financing
I am providing a substantial down payment of personal funds with balance financed by investor equity, acquisition loan, and/or seller financing with agreed upon terms.
Transition
To be agreed to by both parties to allow for a smooth transfer of control and ownership that will benefit the seller, buyer, employees, customers, and vendors.
Location
Primarily looking in the Northwest Arkansas area, including: Bentonville, Rogers, Centerton, Springdale, Lowell, Cave Springs, Bella Vista, and surrounding areas in Benton and Washington Counties.
